First-Time Session

 • Complete intake form (covers health, habits, and your goals for the work)

• We’ll go over your answers together and discuss what you’d like to shift

• I’ll explain how hypnotherapy works and what to expect

•  You'll receive a personalized session plan and frequency

• If you decide you'd like to move forward, I'll walk you through scheduling, and how we will begin our work together  

Ongoing Sessions

• 5–10 min check-in on what’s shifted since last time

• Guided hypnotherapy (20–35 min)

• Brief reflection on what came up

• Tools, suggestions, or “homework” to deepen your progress

• Book your next session and continue the journey
